The Warren County Interfaith Hospitality Network (WC-IHN) recently held a benefit concert at Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church, Saturday, April 14.  More than 110 guests attended the event and enjoyed the gospel, contemporary Christian, and patriotic sounds of The Grace Notes, a 25 piece big band from Lehigh Valley directed by Richard Shankweiler.  In addition to an evening of entertainment, fellowship, and spiritual reflection, WC-IHN provided refreshments during intermission and an opportunity to support this worthy program.

WC-IHN offers compassion, care, and hope for our homeless families in Warren County.   Comprised of faith-based congregations, community volunteers, and organizations, WC-IHN provides shelter, food, clothing, and other support for families and children experiencing the loss of their home from unexpected circumstances including economic conditions, worker disability, loss of spouse, and natural disasters to name a few. The Warren County Interfaith Hospitality Network helps keep homeless moms, dads, and kids in their communities and schools while offering appropriate family services and assistance for regaining their independence.  WC-IHN is a program of Family Promise of Warren County, Inc., a 501-(C)-(3) non-profit organization, for helping families locate and secure affordable housing and employment and regain their dignity and well being.  Donations can be made directly online at www.wcihn.org or sending them to WC-IHN 33 Brass Castle Road, Washington, NJ 07882.  Their telephone number is 908-689-8001.
